Phase 4: Members are elected in Miami, Florida. Organized by Cuban baseball historian Charles Monfort, this fourth phase of elections are held in 2007. Charles Monfort brought together members of The Federacion de Peloteros Profesionales Cubanos en el Exilio, baseball writers, and historians to elect the following members. And receiving an honorable mention and selection to the hall is Joe Cambria for his contribution to Cuban Baseball. Also honored are members representing the best players from Latin countries to play in Cuba.
